  Really happy with the great service at Mackay Redspot. I usually use a different company but after a few issues with them I tried Redspot for the first time. Would recommend them to friends and family.

  Finally a place that does SERVICE and does it well. Was a little early picking the car up - not a problem. Stuffed up my booking-not a problem. Was really impressed that when you book online you can get an all inclusive price (unlimited km, insurance). There were no hidden surprises when collecting the car. I was also able to pre-purchase fuel at a discounted rate. If you ever need a hire a car in Mackay - these are the guys.

  Absolutely incredible staff, willing to go out of their way to help us save, provided so much information and knew exactly what we were getting into, very affordable. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

  Kerwin at Mackay Airport Location did a fantastic job making sure there was a car available at the Airport after there was a hiccup with the Website reservation he went out of his way and even gave me a discount. This kind of service is few and far between these days! I highly recommend to hire from Redspot Mackay. Thankyou Kerwin!
